LMES runs on volunteer power! Whether you have an hour a month or a full day to give, there’s a role for everyone! Below are our current opportunities — sign-ups are shared throughout the year.

Captain’s Craze Day of Fun!
Our biggest event of the year, capping off our annual fundraiser with a celebration for the whole school. Volunteers help run stations, inside and outside, on shifts or all day.
Captain’s Boo Bash
Our fall festival — costumes, games, candy, and family fun, held outdoors in October.
Workroom Bulletin Board & Hallway Chalkboard
Bring some color to our staff workroom! Design and update a board each month, starting in September.
Kindergarten Art Class Helper
Lend a hand in the kindergarten art room — set up materials, support students, and help with cleanup.
Vision & Hearing Screening
Help our school nurse run this important annual screening. No medical experience needed.
Picture Days
Help make picture day smooth and fun for every student, teacher, and staff member.
Bingo Night
A family game night full of prizes and fun — help with setup, breakdown, and prizes.
5th Grade End-of-Year Neon Party
Send off our graduating Captains in style! Help with setup, decorating, check-in, activities, and breakdown.
